Which payment methods are accepted?
Payments are accepted through Paypal, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Personal cheques are not accepted. Card numbers are protected using SSL, encryption standard for industry-leading. If you avail services for our products through our website, you have to submit your details which may be provided directly to our payment provider through a secured connection.
What is the policy for cancellation?
Cancellation is allowed in 2 days of the order placement, the customer needs to contact the support team for cancellation.
In case, the order needs to be dispatched or is at the country’s customs we can’t cancel your order, you would have to receive the parcel and then return it back.

Even after sending you an Order Confirmation or a Shipping Confirmation, we are not obligated to deliver the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price if the pricing error is clear-cut, noticeable, and could have been identified by you as such.
How is pricing effected?
We accept online payments using MasterCard and Visa credit/debit card in EUR. However, if the currency of your card is anything apart from EUR, you can definitely still place your order. Our system will accept the order by taking care to deduct the amount that is equal in the currency respective.

How do accounts and users register and interact:
The users which are registered have to maintain the confidentiality of the accounts which are respective to them. Minors who are under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as users and hence are not allowed to transact or use the website.
What is the law governing the policies for the product?
Whatever dispute or claim that comes out of this or in connection with the products or website will be governed according to Portugal and its laws. Our country of domicile is Portugal.
