I would like to get a jacket, how should I pay?

The payment can be made through PayPal or Credit Card. Payments may be made without any worries as we use SSL secured check out.

I have chosen a jacket that I love, how can I be sure if I can select a size that may fit me perfectly?

Going through a size chart will help you pick out your size. In case, you are still facing problems with regards to your size. You can also contact us through message if you’re not sure about your size at contact@sumisleather.com and our agent with support will help you in getting the perfect jacket which will fit you.

Can the jacket be returned in case I don’t like it or if it does not fit me properly?

Our return policy is applicable for 10 days after the delivery. You can return or exchange the orders that you aren’t pleased with for a full refund. However, personalized items or any other products which are customized may not be returned for refund or exchange under any particular circumstances.

Can I have a custom fit if none of the sizes fit me?

Indeed you can. “Made to Measure” is an option you can select in size and provide measurements according to your body. Moreover, if you are still confused about your measurements you can also select the option which states “I am not sure, I'll provide measurements later on email“ and place the order without any worries.

Once you have placed your order, our support team will get back to you and help you in guiding you through taking out the correct measurements.

How long will it take for a jacket to get delivered to me?

Usual orders which may be classified as regular take up to 10-15 business days. However, the maximum number of days an item takes to be shipped is up to 25 days.

We aim to reduce the time or fulfilment for orders which are custom and dispatch made-to-measure orders within 2-3 weeks and bespoke orders in about 3-4 weeks. However, the timing does depend on the nature of all the custom orders, this also means that your order maybe delivered before time as well.

After shipping, 3-5 business days will be taken to be delivered to your doorstep.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order on time?

Always check your order status. In order to do this, you need to go to the track-order page and enter the order ID you were provided with and last name as well to check the status of your order.

Up-to-date information about the status of your order will be provided to you through your tracking link. Incase your estimated delivery date has passed and you have not gotten your order, you can write back to us at contact@sumisleather.com

What should I do if the order I receive is faulty?

Your issues with faulty items will be sorted right away.

You can talk to our customer care team after your discover a fault in the items that have been delivered.

  • The order number
  • The faulty item’s name and number
  • A description of the fault (along with pictures)

We will get back to you within 24 hours and once your details have been checked again, a replacement item will be sent as quickly as possible.

Why will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

Customs or import duties are charged when the parcel arrives and reaches its destination country.

The charges on the parcel need to be paid by the person receiving the parcel (This also applies to customers which are retail and wholesale)

Sumis Leather does not have any control over these charges and neither can we tell what cost they would be as the policies for customs and duties which are imported do indeed vary from country to country.

Contacting your locals custom office maybe a good idea so that you can check current charges before you place an order, this will help you not be surprised by the charges you weren’t expecting.

What types of jacket can I get made?

You can get any sort of jacket custom made from us. You can even share any picture or a design for reference too, writing the description of the given jacket in your Custom Order Form is also helpful.

What are the charges to request a custom order?

Please don’t forget to fill the custom order form, there are no charges for discussions, quotations or charges for getting illustrations made for your custom jacket. You will only be charged when you make an actual purchase of the custom order.

In what sorts of leather can I get my jacket made?

Yes! Over the years our leather quality has become the best out there as we get our leather made from one of the finest tanneries of Pakistan. Our best quality leather ranges from Sheepskin, Goatskin, Lambskin and Cow-hide. We also have the experience of making 200 different leather article jackets which will be differentiated by type, pattern, colors, thickness and shades.

Do you deal with any other types of fabrics apart from leather?

Yes, we work best with leather but we also make custom orders with other fabrics like cotton, satin, wool, polyester and other fabrics.

Why should I pay for something I haven’t seen?

We completely get your worries about design, sizing and the quality of your order. We’ve been working hard on processing to make sure how to make the best possible custom order for your expectations. All issues have been worked out.

How can we change the sizes?

Whenever you decide to place an order that is custom, our support team will ask for your body measurements. You can access and refer to the sizing guide to take body measurements. Whenever you decide to take measurements accurately and there are zero chances for the errors of sizing.

How can we improve the quality and design?

Before dispatch takes place, we shall be sharing pictures of your actual product, You can check the design, stitching and material before it gets released. So this reason for dissatisfaction is removed.

Can I return my custom order and get a replacement?

We will do our 100% to get you the right jacket in the first try. This is the reason why we share pictures of the custom order before dispatching it for delivery so that the return rate gets minimized. However, if the custom made order does not sit well with your size, the first alteration will be free of cost though the customers would have to pay for shipping the product back to us.

Can I get a refund on my custom order?

Custom order policies do not allow us to accept refunds and returns on any sort of orders. Please comprehend that custom orders are people specific. All the details including the material, accessories and style are according to your choice and it is unlikely that we will sell it to anyone else.

How long would it take for my order to get to me?

We aim to have a minimized fulfillment time for custom orders and we dispatch them within 8-15 days. However, because of the different nature of all the different custom orders, we do not have a pre-specified date that requires fulfillment. Customers can ask the date from the Customer Support Agent during the time of delivery discussion for their specified order. For placing orders that have deadlines, we require customers to communicate the delivery date they desire with the CS agent before placing the order.
