sumisleather.com offers free shipping all over the world with all types of orders with no orders that have minimum sizes or exceptions that maybe special unlike other websites. They also deliver on time. We understand that you need to get your items on time so we do all that we can so that we can get what you need on time by speeding through on time.

 

Regular orders are shipped usually within 10 days but it can take up to 20 business days for your items to get shipped.

We aim to reduce the time or fulfilment for orders which are custom and dispatch made-to-measure orders within 2-3 weeks and bespoke orders in about 3-4 weeks.

Orders are shipped and accepted to all countries. To offer customers a courier service that is premium, shipments are carried out through Express Deliveries including FedEx, TNT, DHL, etc. Shipping takes 3-5 business days after it has been dispatched to reach your doorstep. We choose your courier so that we can accommodate the best method of getting the product to you.

Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) is the basis in which all the orders are shipped. The charges of this come under the responsibility of the buyer. You need to check with the custom office of the country that you are living in to determine the costs which are additional and need to be looked into before buying.

Once the order is shipped and a tracking number is giving, the responsibility lies with the customer to follow up with the courier company. In any case which may lead to the order being put on hold by the courier company, or if the order is attempted to be delivered when the customer isn’t at home, the customer is responsible to contact the courier company in that case too. Our best recommendation is to contact the courier company once you get the tracking number. If there are too many delivery failure attempts the courier company may destroy the parcel and we won’t be responsible in that case.

When there are multiple items or transactions which are multiple from the same customer. We usually ship the items together in a singular parcel. The order may not be rescheduled to a different delivery address after it has been dispatched, the customer would need to talk to the respected courier company to see what actions to take and solutions to use.

Once you get the payment, the customer will be notified through order confirmation email.
