Refunds and returns
Generalized information:
We want to make sure that the customer experience is good and satisfactory and this is why the return policy is set for 10 days of the delivery for a refund or exchange.
Your exchange order will be processed and delivered to you within the following 15 business days after we have received and examined your return (typically within 72 hours of receipt). If a refund is given, it will be processed within 7 business days, and you will get an email confirming it. Refunds will be processed in 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card's issuing bank, and applied to method of payment that is original.
The customer is also eligible for a refund or return in the following circumstances:
The customer received the wrong product, the product has some flaws, the product was damaged during shipping, or the product has been tampered with.
Under no circumstances may personalized or other customized products be returned for a refund or exchange.

We promise to deliver your ideal jacket to you right away. However, we provide the first adjustment free of charge if your custom order doesn't fit you properly.
How do we get the best of both worlds?
Creating a win-win situation with custom (read: bespoke) jackets can be challenging and keep us on our toes. The following factors may lead to the need for a return.
How can we improve design and quality?
Solution: We send you pictures of the actual product before we ship your order. Before we ship it, you can inspect the design, fabric, and stitching. This could eliminate this explanation.
How can we help customers get the right size?
Solution: Our customer service representative requests your body measurement when you place a custom order. Please use our sizing chart as a reference when taking your body measurements. Even with accurate measurements, there is still a chance for sizing error. Even so, we offer a free first alteration if the jacket doesn't fit you perfectly when it arrives. You would be responsible for the cost of returning the jacket to us, though.
How do customers avail refunds?
For custom orders, we do not accept returns in exchange for refunds. Please recognize that your custom order was made just for you. We won't likely sell it to anyone else and will customize every aspect, including style, material, and accessories, to your preferences.
